This weekend, both of the boys had a game on Saturday. We had to split the games up between us because they were at different locations and close to the same time. I went to Andrew's T-ball game. The kids on his team played really great together, considering they had only 3 practices before this game. Andrew really took to batting and hit a couple outfield ground balls. The scoring was kind of forgotten about and both teams "won" the game. He has five more games this season, so he will be looking forward to receiving his first trophy when its all over. Lea went to Mikey's game and she said that she was amazed at how well his team played. Mikey had a couple of hits and got tagged out on base twice. He found ways to relieve his frustrations by throwing his helmet and storming off the field....sometimes you have to blow off some steam, but Lea was there to assure him that it happens to everyone and it's all part of the game. Lea and I are very proud of both of them and they can't seem to get enough of baseball. They have another game this weekend and we will keep you guys highlighted on that. As far as Lea and I go, we are doing fine and just taking things one week at a time as far as getting the house all set up.....hopefully we will be finished before anyone visits.
